Software store configuration, payments and license delivery
Configure in the following order and begin with the test payment environment.
- Brand and products
- Set the brand name, support details, policy documents, product description, and platform installers. Create a separate product for each application.
- Licentivo connection
- Enter a read/write management API Key under System settings → Licentivo connection, connect, and read existing products and policies.
- Sales plans
- Associate the Launch plan with a Licentivo policy, then set its price, sales term, and publication environment. The selected policy still controls licensing rules.
- Payment channels
- Configure test credentials and webhooks for Stripe, PayPal, Waffo, or Paddle as needed. Test and live credentials, orders, and amounts remain separate.
- Registration and email
- Choose Resend or generic SMTP, send a test email, and decide whether registration requires email verification.
- Languages and translation
- The customer store provides a multilingual interface. Connect DeepL Free or Pro only when merchant content needs automatic translation.
Relationship between Launch plans and Licentivo policies
Launch stores prices and purchase entitlements. Licentivo policies store device, validity, floating-seat, offline, and feature restrictions. After a policy change, Licentivo synchronizes associated licenses according to its publication rules, and the client SDK enforces the latest available policy.
