The demo uses a perpetual license for one device. Heartbeats and offline time are independent. Heartbeats retrieve current rules; offline use follows the signed rules. Change a policy and send a heartbeat to see the existing license update.

Only successful requests count. The default example is 100 devices × 8 hours a day × 22 days a month × 6 heartbeats an hour.
This monthly estimate is approximate. Heartbeat jitter and sleep affect counts. Add explicit validations and deactivations even if scheduled heartbeats are disabled; local cache checks are free. Missing or expired caches and reactivation add requests. Actual usage and the purchase period determine charges.
